Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX Senior Developer

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customizations, integrations, and extensions using a variety of programming languages based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX framework used by the Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and customizations.

 Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

 Troubleshoot errors and issues

 Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics modules, including but limited to finance, supply chain, sales, or and production control

 Analyze and resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing support to users.

 Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics trends, best practices, and industry standards, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 [6-10] Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics in same role.

 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX architecture.

 Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions to the Dynamics 365 platform using X++, .NET, SQL, and other related technologies.

 Five years+ experience working with PowerBI is a must.

 Experience Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, and Power Apps

 Design technical solutions to meet business requirements, including customizations to forms, reports, workflows, and business logic.

 Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

 End-to-end implementation experience is a plus.

 Experience with agile software development methodologies.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
