Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within our organization.     • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, providing timely and fair resolutions.

  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Regularly review and update policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.

  6. HR Compliance:
