Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within our organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
    • Implement effective talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, professional development, and succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, providing timely and fair resolutions.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement programs.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Regularly review and update policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
    • Identify opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  6. HR Compliance:
